My professional voyage in the field of recruitment and manpower solutions began in2002. In 2002, I took my first steps by establishing 'Jay Ambe Test Center,' which cateredto the specialized demand for professionals like Airless Spray Painters, BrushPainters, and Sand Blasters in the Middle East's Oil & Gas Industry. We achievedremarkable success and significant milestones by nurturing and training individualsinto skilled Airless Spray Painters, Brush Painters, and Sand Blasters.

In 2012, we broadened our horizons by founding 'Bidar Techskill Training and TradeTest Center Pvt. Ltd.,' with operational offices in Humnabad and Bidar.

In 2015, I embarked on a new chapter by co-founding Mayank ManpowerRecruitment Consultants. This venture was conceived from a vision to bridge theglobal talent gap, creating a brighter future not only for individuals seekingopportunities but also for organizations searching for the right skills to drive theirsuccess.
