My journey began in 2002 with 'Jay Ambe Test Center,' focusing on the Middle East's Oil & Gas sector. In 2012, we expanded to 'Bidar Techskill Training and Trade Test Center Pvt. Ltd.,' and in 2015, I co-founded Mayank Manpower Recruitment Consultants, driven by the vision of bridging the global talent gap.
